The Whyte Museum of the Canadian Rockies provides photographic reproductions from its archival holdings to be used for research or private study purposes.
If ordering an image for purposes other than research or private study, additional terms apply and a Permission for Use application form must be completed. See the details on the Permission for Use form below.
The Whyte Museum reserves the right to refuse to supply reproductions or permit use based upon museum policies, preservation, donor restrictions and privacy concerns. Canadian copyright restrictions apply.
Reproductions are for a ONE time use only and cannot be reproduced, scanned, transmitted, sold, loaned, exhibited, deposited in another repository or used for any other purpose unless prior approval is received.
Payment must accompany order form. Send completed forms to the Archives and Library by email, fax,or regular mail.
