Booking Your Group: Procedures and
Guidelines

Admission
rates for groups of 10 or more people that are pre-booked
and prepaid are subject to a 10% discount off
regular admission rates.

Group tour rates start at $78.50 per tour.
Admission is added to tours taking place within the Museum.
Reduced admission rates are available for learning groups at the
discretion of the Coordinator of Museum Programs.
- A 50% deposit or credit card number is
required for all group bookings. The balance of the group
rate is payable upon arrival of the group or by prearranged
invoicing only. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit cards or in
province commercial cheques.

Group bookings can be made by calling (403) 762-2291 ext 314.

Please book at least two weeks in
advance.

Cancellations: We
require 5 working days to process a group bookings cancellation. If
adequate notice is not given you will be charged
the full amount.
In the Museum, please observe
the following rules.

No food, drink, gum, or candy is allowed
in the exhibits.

No backpacks or large bags are allowed in
the exhibits.

Please do not touch the works of art or
artifacts.

School and
youth groups require adequate adult supervision depending on the age of
participants. Children should stay within the areas defined by
their group leader.

Respect other visitors: please don’t run or shout
in the gallery.
Parking
-
For Museum visitors, there is a small
lot for cars in front of the Museum. Enter
from Bear Street.

Buses may stop briefly to load and unload
in front of the Museum on Bear Street.

Bus parking is
available in the staff lot behind the Museum. Enter
from Bow Avenue.

Bus parking is not permitted
on Banff Streets except in designated areas. Please respect
the local rules.
